Global Roaming
Hey all,
You probably have been wondering what ever happened to Suba. Is she cooking this Summer?
Well I was taking a break...but now...it's time get those flavors cooking again. As you all know I was just home for a nice long visit. Got all kinds of inspiration. I will be showing and sharing some stories from home. Lot's to share. I have short video's to show too. Some on market streets and mom buying veggies from her favorite vegetable vendor.
I have 2 classes on the calendar. One in August and the other in September.
August Class - 8/24
Yogurt Curry Chicken with Mint And Mango Chutney. Along with that you will be learning how to make some simple Basil Coconut Ice-Cream.
I went to my foodie friend Jenny Vergara's house for July 4th pool party and she made some Basil Ice-Cream. I feel in love with it and told her I would be experimenting with other flavors. She said "go for it girl". Anyway, so I tried it with coconut milk, lemon grass, curry and not to mention mint too. It's too easy to make and its too delicious.
So, come learn some summer delights.
September Class - 9/21
TANDOORI CHICKEN with Yogurt Onion Chutney. To chill everything, you will learn how to make Mango Lassi.
Lassi is a traditional Indian beverage made by blending yogurt with water, salt, and spices until frothy.
Classes are still on Sunday’s at 2pm and they are $30.00 per class.
Please send this to anyone whom you think will be interested. Please write to me if you have any questions or want to sign up for the class.
