Simply Fish

I'm back after a busy summer break. Busy with both selling my current house and building my new house.
I had my first class at Michael's new place...even my little Bina girl made it to the class. You can see her on one of the photos standing attentively.
I miss Michael's old place where the kitchen was much spacious and the flow was easier for a cooking class...but it did not have a "Wolf" stove though. So, we had 3 different sauces to go with our salmon dish. Salmon is one of my favorite things to cook. It's easy, simple and of course not to mention pack with great source of nutrients. I like combining it with different flavors. It works well pretty much with any flavors from lemon grass to mango chutneys. I even had a student who never fancied fish but after the class...she is now a recent salmon converter.
So, I hear voices in the air saying "what's next Suba".
After much thinking...let's get prepared for the holiday season with something from the Far East.
My next class is on Nov 18th. It's a class on Holiday Appetizers Malaysian Indian style.
1. Coconut Chicken Curry in puff pastries
2. Curry Shrimp stuffed in Mushroom
Class size is limited. So, sign up soon. You can write to me at subashininadarajah@yahoo.com or suba@blacktopcreative.com
