Try using lemon grass.

I have been super busy and have not had a chance to post a blog on my recent class. The class went great. We had Lemon grass chicken in lettuce wraps and Blanched baby bok choy with crispy garlic and oyster sauce. To my surprise not many folks know what bok choy is until I told them that it's just another Chinese cabbage. They also learned how to cook with lemon grass. One of my student even grows lemon grass at home but have never use it in cooking. It adds so much flavor in meat dishes and even soups.

My next class is on the 5th of November. I still have 2 spots left...so sign up today. Here is the next class schedule:

Sunday, Nov. 5: Chicken Masala and Coconut Rice

I also want to introduce my December 3rd class. The class is called "Holiday Appetizers" . You will learn to make Coconut Chicken Curry and a Mint Dipping Sauce as a base for two delicious holiday appetizers -- Coconut Chicken Curry in Puff Pastries and Coconut Chicken Curry Spring Rolls.

Come, learn and expand your taste buds. May I suggest that these classes are great holiday gifts to a loved one too...there you go, that was my shameless promotion of my classes : )
