Come share my passion for Malaysian, Indian and Chinese food. I’m teaching interactive cooking classes where you can help me prepare (and eat) some of my mom’s favorite dishes I’ve been making for years. All classes start at 2 p.m. and are taught in a gourmet kitchen near the Plaza.
Sunday, Aug. 27: Lamb Keema (Indian Stew) and Cucumber Raita
Sunday, Sept. 10: Pork Dumplings and Gado-Gado (Malaysian Salad with Peanut Sauce)
Sunday, Sept. 24: Chicken Vindaloo (a curry dish) and Mango Chutney
$30 a person (includes recipe and sample meal). Classes are limited to 10 people. Paid reservations are due the Tuesday before each class.
