Wire Skimmer

Last night I was reading, and came across this section in my cook book that talked about the metal mesh ladle I was using to scoop my dumplings. You know the one I told you to get from the Chinese store. It's called, in proper chef term a "wire skimmer, also called "wire scoop or spider".

So now you know and you must have it.
