Awesome Keema

My first cooking class was yesterday and I think it was a success especially when 2 of my students said "so when is the next class" at the end of the class. So, that was fantastic. We had a nice eating party after the class and everyone ate everything...which is a good sign. The Lamb Keema is a spicy dish but remember students, you can control the amount of curry powder you add in. If you want it sweeter...add more honey.
And for those who like it hot...follow the recipe.
The Cucumber Raita is a simple dish ya? Very easy and tasty. It's a great compliment to a spicy dish.
Write to me or call me if you have any questions and I will see some of you and more of you : ) at my next class which is on the 10th of September. Next class is on pork dumpling and gado-gado.
I'm also getting ready to schedule the October classes. Hope you guys will make it to those too. Little hint on next class...it will have coconut and lemon grass.
Enjoy.
