Simple and Quick

Ahhh... I have been distracted lately with the groundbreaking of my new house and the preparation of selling my current house. So, forgive me for not posting my last class which was about 2 weeks ago on simple dishes with peanut sauce.

My students thought there were incredibly simple and fun dishes. Everything you can do with my favorite product call "Thai Kitchen peanut sauce". We had fun preparing these dishes and above all they were simple and quick to make...especially for you mom's and busy folks out there.

And speaking distractions... I have decided to give myself a break from cooking classes and continue classes in the fall. I need this time to work on the house and sell the house. So, hang in there for my next class. I will send an e-mail out late summer on the coming classes.
