Nutts about Bambu.

I think I have gone nutts about using Bamboo products. I love the look of it, the feel of it and not to mention I love cooking with it. Plus, since my whole house floor is bamboo...I figured cooking with it with would be a great compliment : )

But of course, the true meaning of using Bamboo is for all its natural resources such as its a non-timber, non-petroleum resource. Bamboo plays an important role in the reduction of timber consumption. It's environmentally friendly and it protects the forest.
