Oops! I have been a slacker but I'm back.
Sorry to have kept you waiting. I have been buried with a million things after my last cooking class which was on Shrimp Dumplings. So delish!!! Along with that we made my own dipping sauce. If wasn't watching my carb intake...I would eat dumplings everyday...sometimes I call them edible treasures.
Anyways, speaking of cutting out carbs, I have been making lot's of protein and veggie dishes to take to work for lunch and to have it for dinner. It's so simple, healthy and not to mention delicious.
Ok, so many of you out have been asking me how to cook tofu. Well, my next class is baked tofu with 2 different sauce perparations. Cilantro Ginger Sauce and Kaffir Leave Coconut Sauce. So, for those of you...who have failed in tofu cooking or have tried tofu and hate it....don't give up. I have converted tofu haters to tofu lovers. Trust me and you will love me for the rest of your life : )
