We live together. Food Unites.

Nothing so wonderful to cook, teach, and share about my culture to those who love learning, to those who are willing to try something new and to those who appreciate world cuisines and above all appreciate a different culture. It just melts my heart to know that today I touched 4 wonderful women at my class who loved learning, why adding tamarind to a dish just adds a hint of something different to their food experience.

The Lemon Grass Coconut Soup over Rice Noodles was just warm enough to warm our hearts. We also made some Kuih Kodok (Malaysian Banana Fritters) and had that with some vanilla Ice-Cream.
I'm taking a break during the holidays...so no classes in December and January but will resume in February...but i will be still cooking...so be sure to come back and see what i have been cooking this holidays.
This holiday season my friends try something different, cook something different...expand your food knowledge. I believe trying different food from a different culture makes us better human beings. Expanding your taste buds I believe expands every sense in your body and most of all your hearts which eventually will spill your love for mankind in this world, a world we all share and live together. With that said...tomorrow you try some Kim Chi and I will try some Goulash.
Happy Holidays, Be Safe and Om Shanti.
