Eat with your hands...Indian Style.
Everyone had been asking when am I going to start teaching again...well, lets fire things up soon. I have missed teaching and sharing my cooking with you all. Miss seeing some of your faces too. I feel like its time to pick up some spices and share them with you again. I hope the slight ray of hope in the economy recently, will allow you to continue learning some new dishes.
Fall is always such a wonderful time to try new things and not to mention I love the colors of fall which reminds me of a plate of curry veggies. The rustic warm browns from light to dark, to gold to mustards of fall are all reflections of a good old plate of chick-pea curry with dill leaves and mustard seeds. I'm planning to teach just that. And what goes perfect with chick-pea curry is some simple home-made roti (bread) naan. I love using my hands to eat...of course that's easy for me since I'm Indian and we eat with our hands when it comes to roti's or any of our meals. So, come learn to eat with your hands.
